She earned her degree in Political Science from the University of Bologna.
Throughout 15 years of managerial experience in Human Resources she has held the position of HR Director in major multinationals (TetraPak, Yoox) with responsibilities in the international sphere.
She followed development and Change Management projects start-ups and reorganizations to supporting the IPO of Ducati Motor.
In Marco Polo she follows the projects dedicated to the process’ implementation and the strategy’s definition.
