CIRFOOD, a leading Italian cooperative enterprise operating in commercial catering and welfare services, present in 17 regions and 74 provinces of Italy as well as in Holland and Belgium, with a production of over 86 million meals in 2022, and a staff of approximately 12,000 people, has acquired Laneri S.r.l., a company based in Grugliasco (TO), active in collective catering mainly in the Turin area.
Laneri is a historic and renowned company, every day servicing some of the most important companies and entities in the area. CIRFOOD sees its acquisition as an important strategic opportunity for control and development in Piemonte.
