Marco Polo Advisor is pleased to announce a new operations team to be based in London.
The aim is to provide an international base for those corporate finance transactions that are currently managed from Italy, through a pro-active localised support. The launch of the Marco Polo Advisor London office will also assist in the development of a platform supporting foreign financial and industrial partners interested in investing in Italy and southern Europe. In addition, the team based in London aims to operate throughout Europe in specialised areas such as TMT and Healthcare, where there is significant expertise.
The Directors in charge of initially developing the Marco Polo Advisor London office activities are Tim Chambers and Alberto Romersa.
Tim was previously a senior executive for multinational corporations in the field of digital media and live entertainment with a wide experience from ecommerce Start-Up’s through to international acquisitions. Alberto Romersa, was previously an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, is a Partner of the Marco Polo Advisor Italian team, and has considerable experience within various high-tech international projects including IT, Medical Devices & Pharmaceuticals.
Marco Polo Advisor will present its new London-based team at an event scheduled for Thursday 16th April entitled: "Growth & Venture Capital: Connecting Innovative Businesses"
The event will enable Italian, British and European companies, all highly innovative within the digital media and healthcare sectors to have the opportunity to introduce themselves to an invited audience of selected venture capital firms and private investors.
