Marco Polo Advisor has concluded six extraordinary operations in 2015, confirming previous year’s good results. An extremely productive year, both upon supervised projects and concluded transactions.
During last year 18 projects of advisory on corporate finance have been managed, in particular:
- Six projects have been concluded with an extraordinary operation, worthwhile noting the capital cession of Visirun to the international group Fleetmatics; a cession of a shareholding in Comecer to Principia Sgr fund and Bootes’s investment in Visirun; thus achieving 32 transactions of M&A and Corporate Finance since company’s creation seven years ago.
- Nine projects of corporate finance consulting, worthwhile noting projects of strategic alternatives analysis, business plans creation, fairness opinion and analysis for the conclusion of joint ventures.
- Three cases of financial crisis consulting, concerning financial planning activities, debt restructuring and new capital funding’s provision. For two projects the “Piano attestato” ex art. 67 L.F. has been applied, while for one project an agreement has been negotiated.
Marco Polo Advisor currently manages a portfolio of more than 15 advisory projects, concerning several corporate finance’s areas. Four of these projects concern due diligence and contractual negotiation on non-binding agreements already achieved. Moreover, Marco Polo Advisor is working on several negotiations in order to take charge of new projects.
During last year two new partners have permanently joined the team of Marco Polo Advisor and the activity of the London’s new team has positively started.
We kindly thank all people involved, both internal and external, who collaborated with us last year and helped us achieving these results.
