Giovanni Maldarizzi Director

During the years in Marco Polo Giovanni has been involved in several corporate finance transactions, advising Italian and International clients, both corporate and financial sponsors, in acquisitions, disposals, debt restructuring and capital raising across different industries, with particular focus on Luxury & Fashion, Internet, Mobile, Saas, Healthcare & Pharma, Cosmetics and Automation sectors.
Main activities carried out by Giovanni include financial modelling, business planning and KPIs identification, scouting of potential targets/buyers, drafting of transaction documentation, negotiation with the counterparty and management of complex processes.
Giovanni holds a master degree in Engineering Management from the University of Bologna and he completed a period of study at the University College of Cork in Ireland. In 2009 he obtained the qualification to the Industrial Engineers Register.
