Dylog Italia Spa acquires a majority stake in Kube Sistemi s.r.l., integrating logistics management for companies to its offerings.
Dylog Group has finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in Kube Sistemi, a Milan-based company with more than 30 years of experience and more than 250 installations in Warehouse Management System (WMS) warehouse management software.
Kube Sistemi has established itself as an ideal partner for those who want to make the management of business activities in logistics more efficient and for those who aim to introduce functional changes in the company to improve the organization and structure of their warehouse.
The company offers solutions to manage and control the warehouse and shipments and a comprehensive travel and resource planning tool to optimize costs and service levels.
With this transaction, Dylog Group takes another important step in completing one of the most important and rich offerings of solutions for businesses, with widespread distribution in different commodity sectors throughout the country.
