AICA closed 2022 with 300 transactions and a Deal value of $ 9.5 BN

The cooperation between Marco Polo Advisor and AICA continues with very positive results.
AICA - Alliance of International Corporate Advisors, where Marco Polo Advisor is a founding member, includes 40 companies in 40 countries, 62 offices and over 365 professionals.
In 2022, the firms participating in AICA closed 302 deals, with a transaction value of $9.5 billion: the market continued to prove supportive of international M&A transaction. Deals, which covered a variety of sectors such as Energy, Financial Services, and Retail, were concentrated in: Industrials (with 68 deals), Business Services (with 67 deals), Tech Media and Telecoms (with 55 deals) and Health Care (with 34 deals).
Also for 2023, Marco Polo Advisor has reinforced its partnership with AICA, by globalising its services to its clients and by confirming its international vocation in corporate finance transactions, especially M&A: 6 projects with international partnership and 1 closed deal.
