Blue Beach is a company that has the project to set up a hub for the acquisition and management of seaside resorts, taking advantage of the phase of opening up competition in the sector underway in Italy and Europe as a result of the Bolkenstein law.
On 23rd April 2025, Blue Beach became a joint-stock company and laid the foundations for the development of its business project. On that date, in fact:
- has completed the transformation into a joint-stock company, adopting a new statute in line with the requirements of a company with multiple financial investors;
- approved a subsequent capital increase dedicated to the Promoters and a selected number of investors, fully subscribed;
- It has assigned to the Board of Directors the the right to increase the capital in divisible form for a maximum total amount of Euro 10 million through the issue of a maximum of 10 million new shares to be exercised within the final term of three years from the date of the resolution. Numerous contacts are at an advanced stage to collect commitments to the subscription of this capital increase, which may be resolved gradually to cover Blue Beach's investment plan.
Blue Beach's activity is also proceeding in terms of acquisition and award negotiations, as the agreements - i.e. the award procedures - for the acquisition of the first five resorts have been concluded.
The CEO, Simone Cioni commented: "We are very pleased to have gathered the trust of an initial nucleus of investors who are interested in supporting our project to create a hub for the acquisition and management of seaside resorts. We are preparing to start the first season in the resorts already part of the group, and to proceed with the acquisition of new resorts and with the participation in the tenders that will be held in the second half of the year.
